I strongly disagree with “1. Taking Notes” and unfortunately that discredited the rest of the publication.

If project manager is not taking notes during meetings or discussions and fails to disclose any potential gaps in understanding then the project is doomed to underspecification, generalization and even ambiguity.

Note taking skills are crucial for transparency and sets expectations between stalk holders and the rest of the team.
